A Night of Classics
With the show A Night of Classics, England will pay homage to the famous opera Carmen by Georges Bizet. Aerial bombs and Roman candles will succeed each other at the joyful, bouncy pace of this great classic while alternating with more serene moments. Montmorency Falls Park will be made part of the show through special effects that will enhance and highlight this natural backdrop. Pyro2000 was founded in 1996 by 4 people, including the show designer Graham Wilkinson. It has since raked up one award after another: the Zeus trophy in 1998 at the Casino du Lac-Leamy Sound of Light in Gatineau, a prestigious first place in Monaco in 1999, and first place at Knokke-Heist in 2000, not to mention the Loto-Québec Solstice Prize in 2002. It also won the Loto-Québec Solstice Prize last year. Pyro2000’s expertise has shone at many international events in such places as Toronto, Vancouver, the Czech Republic, Thailand, and Barbados.Presented by
